Thunder Boot Camp, located in Pequannock ,
New Jersey, is an outdoor exciting new way
of exercising for women only (indoors may
also be available for winter). All ages,
shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are invited.
The great thing about this boot camp is that
its based on working at your own pace with
extra motivation from your team and trainer.
No one will be left out or left behind - you
are all there to get in shape and be healthy,
so even if you are new to exercising or are
looking for a new workout routine, this
program is for you. We will go over the basic
exercises and correct posture in the first
few days and those who know the basics will be
challenged in other ways, so come try out this new, fun way of working out. You will not be disappointed.
Free fitness evaluations will be offered before and after your 4 week program for those
who want it. The evaluation is to see your progression and will consist of weight, body fat percentage, and measurements. It will be done in
complete privacy.

Hi, my name is Jeremie Guarderas. I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified USA Boxing Instructor.
I train all types of people on all different fitness levels such as stay at home moms, professionals and a variety of athletes. I've

There are many reasons I say this. Classes are held early in the morning, so there is no excuse of not having the time. We all have the time at 5:20 in the morning. What's better than having your workout done by 6:20AM!
His routines change from day to day, week to week, so each workout is different, which keeps it interesting. You never know what you are in for each morning, but you leave there feeling great.
His workouts do not require the use of machines, just a set of free weights, a mat and your own body weight. This makes it easy to take his workouts on the road with you if you are away and cannot get to a gym.

As you all know, exercise is an important component to a weight loss, weight maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention which may have motivated you to get involved in a regular exercise regimen. You probably also know that nutrition goes hand-in-hand with exercise to promote weight loss and to improve overall better health. As a registered dietitian I am committed to help individuals reach their nutritional goals. I work with people who simply want to lose weight and stay healthy. However, I also work with individuals with various chronic conditions including high cholesterol, high blood pressure, digestive disorders, and diabetes.
I have developed a 4 week nutrition program to coincide with your boot camp training. The combination of the two programs will increase the likelihood of reaching your fitness, weight and nutritional goals. One can not go without the other.
